Rinnai came to us to help extensively revamp their website, aimed to making it easier for customers to select products that fit the requirements of their home.

In partnership with design agency Logan Brooke, we created a site that was intensively redesigned and upgraded. The new site makes it easier for customers to view the range of products, and provides a great degree of support from Rinnai when making purchasing decisions.

Rinnai's extensive range of water heaters, gas fireplaces, heaters and outdoor heating options are broken down into categories, allowing customers to intuitively select key requirements for the home, and find the best fit.

The site includes TradeSmart, a portal for tradespeople with access to online training, technical articles and specifications. It also includes a dedicated portal for architects, including easy access to an extensive library of CAD drawings for gas fires and electric hot water cylinders.

The site seamlessly integrates with Ubiquity Engage for e-marketing, EZLCMS for online training, and the architect's portal features full CAD/BIM data files via integration with TripTech.
