One of our long-term clients, Harvey World, asked us to develop an enquiries tracking system for all their stores.
The Enquiries Dashboard, on their intranet, tracks enquiries from the public to Harvey World. Store managers can see how quickly staff are responding to enquiries, and how many of these result in actual sales.
Statistics are provided visually and give store managers easily accessible information about the value of enquiries and the value of resulting sales.
