beweb developed a prize-giving algorithm that automatically adjusts the chances of winning each of the various prizes based on predicted number of entries and the number of prizes remaining to give away. This ensures prizes are distributed evenly throughout the three-month promotion.
The system emails prizes or consolation vouchers to participants, and forwards winner details to a fulfilment agency for immediate follow-up. beweb had the contract to monitor the system and provide technical support.
