Not many recruitment companies have good websites, with complete listings of all their jobs and candidates, detailed search, and automated email alerts for both job-seekers and employers. In addition, Phoenix's website has frequently updated information and a monthly employer email newsletter.

The site was designed by Frontend Design, who contracted beweb to tailor a solution based on Savvy CMS.

Job and candidate listings are pulled daily from a Sybase database and automatically checked for completeness and categorised, with minimal manual intervention required. This makes it easy to include all listings on the website.
