helloworld intranet

helloworld is a fresh new travel brand with a long and solid history. helloworld was created by joining together Harvey World Travel, selected United Travel agencies and Air New Zealand Holidays.

With the new brand came the need for a new intranet. helloworld re-purposed Harvey World Travel's intranet, which was previously created by beweb and has been hugely successful. We used the same structure, with the new brand and also some cool new features.

The site includes multi-level event planning for stores, an instant chat feature, integration with their sales and customer data, and an easy to use resources and content structure. This was all implemented through our Savvy CMS.

Enquiries from the helloworld website (also built by beweb) are sent to consultants, who can manage these in helloworld intranet. Enquiries are tracked and reported on, to help ensure fast response times and high quality service.
